Thank You to Our Foundation Partners, Part 2
Thanks to the support of our partners during COVID-19, weโve continued to provide services to our patients and residents.
Our foundation partners have made significant and helpful contributions to Care For the Homeless (CFH) throughout the pandemic. Below are just three of our many supporters.
Direct Relief
Emergency grant funding of $50,000 was awarded to CFH from Direct Relief, the medical aid organization, in partnership with the National Association of Community Health Centers. The funds will go toward the purchase of PPE supplies, enabling CFH to maintain a sufficient inventory of items to keep patients and staff safe and protected during the crisis.
Robin Hood
Fundingย from the Robin Hood Relief Fundย in the amount of $35,000 was provided to CFH to purchase technology toย expand telehealth capabilitiesย for patients who could not come to a health center and to maintain a supply of PPE for the safety of our staff and patients.
The Harry and Jeannette Weinberg Foundation
CFH received a grant of $50,000 as part of the Weinberg Foundation’s COVID-19 emergency funding; within its priority communities in the US and Israel. The unrestricted funds provided critical financial support to help CFH keep our multiple health centers open and accessible to our patients.
Thank you to our foundation partners for their generous and heartfelt support during this difficult time.
