Delise DuPont Blenman is Vice President of Extended Verticals, an area within BASES focused on innovation outside of CPG. BASES is a NielsenIQ organization that maximizes business’ return on innovation. She leads strategy development for Technology and FinTech clients. Delise also has two decades of experience in market research, analytics and insights across multiple sectors.
As a Director at MetLife, Delise pioneered a global customer loyalty program, which is now used by MetLife’s CEO and its high priority business units to set loyalty targets and increase customer retention.
At Prudential Financial, Delise led research for the first corporate thought leadership study on the financial experience of African Americans, which the organization refreshes regularly.
She started out on the agency side at Envirosell and Nielsen Buzzmetrics and spent time as a marketer at Revlon, where she developed and executed in-store customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Delise earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated with honors from Baruch College while also working full-time. She joined the board in 2013.
Fun fact: she’s completed the Brooklyn half marathon twice and the NYC marathon once – using each effort as a perfect excuse to fundraise for CFH!
