THE CARES ACT: DEDUCTION FOR NON-ITEMIZERS

Taxpayers who don’t itemize may still deduct up to $300 per year (individual filers; $600 for couples) in charitable contributions. This provision ends in 2021 so take advantage of this deduction while you can!
