ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL SERVICES (Susan's Place)
The Assistant Director of Social Services (reporting to the Director of Social Services) will supervise all the Case Managers daily including but not limited to attendance, time off, punctuality, and supervision; work with Clinical Supervisor and the Case Aid on quality assurance issues including closing of the charts; view case notes on CARES on a daily basis and ensure that Case Managers input case notes within 24 hours; monitor incident reports and ensure that follow up case notes are being attached; approve documentation in all charts; and identify and coordinate the training and educational needs of the Case Management.

CASE MANAGER (Susan's Place)
The Case Manager will provide direct case management services while engaging homeless women with appropriate concern for their social, mental health, substance abuse and medical problems in order to promote client stability and empower them to reach their fullest potential.

The Chief Financial Officer will oversee Financial Management of Care for the Homeless.
EVALUATION ASSISTANT - SUMMER 2013
The evaluation assistant will be a member of our team and will be expected to contribute to developing program evaluation plans, methodology, implementation and data analysis.
HOUSING SPECIALIST (Temporary)
The Housing Specialist will manage and direct a comprehensive program of support, safety and success for women that include housing, counseling, benefit entitlements, program placement, health and educational programs and comprehensive case management.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
The Medical Director will report to the Assistant Executive Director. The Medical Director will be appointed by the Board of CFH; will be delegated the authority and will be responsible for the professional, organizational and administrative aspects of the adequacy and quality of health care provided to patients and clients of CFH. In particular, patients of CFH Article 28 clinics, CFH shelter facilities, and patients served in Section 330h grant funded areas.
